Sole Representatives / Business Representative


Certain sole or business representatives are allowed under the immigration rules to enter and or remain in the United Kingdom as representatives of an overseas business if they have been recruited and taken on as an employee by their company which must be outside the United Kingdom. In addition the sole or business representative's overseas company must have its headquarters and principal place of business operation from outside of the United Kingdom.
